How To Feel Better On A Bad Day... Fast

We all have those days where nothing goes right, everything seems to fail and you just want to go back to bed and start all over again... tomorrow. I know that when I let myself do this, I'd sleep a LOT! That's why I, over the years, assembled tips & tricks to make my life easier and actually feel a lot better.   1. Hug it out   Hugging is one of the best methods I believe. It releases endorphins, which makes you feel happy. Also you feel more love and trust while hugging. You can definitely get your cry on while hugging and feel relieved because of it.
  2. Sweat Baby! Exercizing works the same way; releasing endorphins which makes you feel happy. Also sports like running clear your mind. It's like a bit of me-time.
  3. Fresh scents The fresh scent of fruits like clementine and orange make you feel renewed and refreshed. So eat some orange, use the body butter from yesterdays review or get a fruity scented candle.
  4. "Restart your day" I put this trick between brackets because you're not starting your day all over again, you're just pretending. Take a 20 minute power nap. Get out of bed and take a nice shower. Brush your teeth, get dressed and brush your hair. Now you're ready to tackle your day again.
  5. Sing and Dance!  Not only is this method good for your heart and lungs, it also lifts your mood. Listen to your favorite music and sing along. See the results for yourself. Try not to listen to sad music though, skip Adele for today.
  6. Write the bad mood away Or tell someone what's bothering you. This works in a therapeutic way. If you keep it in your head, it will continue to bother you. If you write it on paper (or tell someone you trust) you clear your mind and have room for the things that matter that day.
  7. Meditate Or simply deep breathing is also a way to clear the mind. Search on YouTube for some Meditation videos. 
  8. Laugh Laughing has so, so many health benefits. Find something to laugh about, it's the best method against a sad mood.
I really hope that these tips help you. Bad days suck and we all have them. A helping hand is always nice to have.
