Review: Clinique High Impact Mascara

We all have that one favorite beauty item that we keep using over and over again. For me this product is a mascara by Clinique. It's their High Impact mascara. It's the best mascara I've tried and that is also why I've been using this particullar one for over a year now. The one I'm currently using is my fourth one. Can you imagine? :P
Anyways, today I wanted to tell you all about this mascara and why I love it so much.

Let me just start by saying that I do not like all of Clinique's products. Though I keep testing them, because when I do find something I like, I instantly use it over and over again. I have a love/hate relationship with them. Especially the skin care.

Something which I do love is their packaging. It looks professional, sleek and it's easy to use. The mascara also has a sleek look. Simple straight wrapping with a sublte glitter in it. I like it.

I consider this mascara perfect for average lashes. My lashes are not super long, but they are absolutely not short. They're also not very thick or thin, just average. Another thing to know is that I don't want my mascara to be over the top, since its for daily use. You can always use a lash curler to make your lashes bigger. That's why I like this mascara, it enhances my lashes by making them a little thicker, curlier and quite a lot darker. I'm so used to having nice dark lashes, that I feel naked without my mascara.

This mascara isn't waterproof, but I never had it smudged on my skin because of it. Even in the rain it doesn't budge, as long as you don't rub your eyes.  I usually only wear mascara on school days, so I don't have to use makeup remover in the evening. It just washes off in the shower.
